A. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Bonkutir owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including product designs, photography, and branding. You may access this for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or duplicate our content without permission.
B. Product Accuracy & Natural Variations
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because our items are made from natural materials:
- There may be slight variations in color, pattern, and texture.
- Minor dimensions may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the items.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that these are not defects but characteristics of natural, handmade products.
C. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in BDT and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a pricing error. Payment must be confirmed before an order is processed for shipping.
D. Limitation of Liability
Bonkutir shall not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Bonkutir has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ক. আমাদের ডিজাইন ও কন্টেন্ট: এই ওয়েবসাইটের সব ছবি, ডিজাইন এবং কন্টেন্ট বনকুটির-এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি। আমাদের অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো অন্য কোথাও ব্যবহার বা কপি করা যাবে না।
খ. পণ্যের ধরন ও ছোটখাটো পরিবর্তন: আমাদের পণ্যগুলো প্রাকৃতিক উপাদান দিয়ে হাতে তৈরি করা হয়। তাই:
- ছবির সাথে বাস্তবের পণ্যের রঙ বা নকশায় সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
- হাতে তৈরি হওয়ার কারণে মাপের ক্ষেত্রে সামান্য ১৯-২০ হতে পারে।
- এই ছোটখাটো পরিবর্তনগুলো কোনো ত্রুটি নয়, বরং হাতে তৈরি পণ্যের একটি বৈশিষ্ট্য।
গ. পেমেন্ট ও দাম: ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া সব দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT)। কোনো কারণে দাম ভুল থাকলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
